With years of both professional events and design experience Stephanie is confident one cannot work without the other. A successful designer must employ many of the same checklists needed for events, while a quality event requires good taste and design.
Stephanie’s career began managing small and large events for a homebuilder, which included The Indianapolis Colts FunZone before each home game, and coordinating Realtor rewards and incentives. She then moved into Model Merchandising where she was tasked with furnishing over 200 homes in multiple markets. In her spare time she project managed the build of her two residences, and acted as general contractor for the basement finish. There is nothing she enjoys more than managing the build process, if it weren’t for her husband and children she’d build every 5 years to experience it over and over.
When the recession of 2009 hit Stephanie moved out of the homebuilding market and settled back into events. Her work at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation allowed her to manage high level events including all the Governor’s hosting activities for the 2012 Superbowl in Indianapolis. She’s also handled extensive international delegation visits that require a level of execution rarely seen in state government. Her experience also includes wedding coordination, private dinners, and sporting event tours.
Stephanie lives in Fishers, IN with her husband Matthew, two daughters, and Lucy the Bulldog.
